running shoes
goggles
pool slippers
Bars
Camera
IPad
Swim suit

Tri shorts, swimsuit, or tri suit
Towel
Wetsuit – maybe

Bike
Helmet
Cycling shoes and socks (if wearing)
Sunglasses
Water bottle(s)

Floor pump (pump up your tires before you leave home but leave the pump in your car just in case)

Running shoes
Hat/visor

Training device (Garmin, Timex, etc.) & heart rate strap
Sunscreen
warmups & warmup top – Post-race, warm change of clothes
